Better a griddle or a grill?
It depends on how you want to cook your dishes. You can cook meat, fish and vegetables on both with the advantage of not having to use condiments: the foods will sizzle in their own juices, retaining an inimitable flavor and texture.
Coming to the differences, a grill pan has larger dimensions; reduced and is less manageable, the edges more; higher levels and cooking consequently more; homogeneous; a plate, on the other hand, is; more wide, also suitable for bringing to the table, practical thanks to the two side handles.
