All materials for induction pans

Induction hobs work differently than traditional hobs. In the latter, the heat source is the gas. In induction, on the other hand, the heat source is electricity

For this reason, the saucepan must have a element magnetic, capable of attracting electricity; generated by the hob. The magnetic element is iron: that's why; any pan for induction cooking, today, contains a ferritic element that allows optimal use.

You will therefore find sets of stainless steel induction cookware, many of which are in 18/10 stainless steel, but also in aluminum and non-stick aluminium. The possibilities they are infinite.
