Description
The Pentole Agnelli 5mm non-stick aluminum straight frying pan consists of a single tubular handle in nickel-free stainless steel and an aluminum body and is ideal for caramelising, frying and roasting.
The straight non-stick frying pan is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
- Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity it allows heat to be diffused and thanks to the thickness of 5 mm it allows a more precise and homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan, saving time and energy.
