Description

Oriental style meets Sanelli technology. SANELLI san knives, entirely manufactured in our factory in Premana, reproduce the lines and characteristics of Japanese artisan knives. The particular sharpening allows to obtain a better precision in the cut, necessary for typically oriental preparations, considered a true art in Japan. Handle:
Shaped in Delrin, the thermoplastic polymer among the most resistant of DUPONT. The handle is perfectly aligned with the upper edge of the blade.
Bezel:
In satin stainless steel, it allows the blade to be fixed to the handle. It gives elegance to the knife
Lama
Made of AISI 420 C stainless steel. Hardness 58 HRC. Blade sharpening on one side only. The particular sharpening allows to obtain a better precision in the cut, necessary for typically oriental preparations, considered a true art in Japan.
