Knife from the Maître Line: centuries of traditional Italian forging in a knife.
The knives from the Maitre line by Ambrogio Sanelli are the only knives entirely forged and produced in the Premana factory. Each knife is made from a single piece of steel , and finished by hand; characterized by exceptional balance ,   the result of the forging process, guarantees handling, precision and technical performance.
 

Technical features:

• Produced with the best steel : the excellent heat treatment of the steel gives a uniform microstructure, maximum elasticity and excellent resistance to corrosion.
• Blade in stainless steel special nitrogen Nitro B
• Final sharpening of each single piece with laser profile control and  Precise and indelible laser marking, with product code and batch number
• A single piece of steel for blade and handle guarantees high resistance and excellent balance.
• Stainless steel rivets inserted by hand and machined ensure complete integration with the handle
• Forged knot for perfect balance of the knife.
• Handle in shock-proof and hygienic POM. Perfect adherence of the handle to the steel and the rivets , without the slightest crack.
