Boning knife from the Tecna line by Ambrogio Sanelli, used primarily for separating and cleaning meat, poultry, and fish from bones.

The Tecna line is the new professional line from Sanelli Ambrogio which stands out from the others for its particular double-molded ergonomic handle.

Technical features:

• Semi-polished blade made of special nitrogen stainless steel NITRO-B (1.4916)
• Final sharpening of each single piece with laser profile control.
• Precise and indelible laser marking , with product code and batch number.
• The handle is made of a rigid and non-deformable internal PP core, firmly joined to the steel tang, and a softer external SEBS coating.
• The external part of the handle is softer and has micro-spheres on the surface which enhance its non-slip properties.
• The materials used are dishwasher safe , resistant to low and high temperatures and comply with the latest legal provisions on food hygiene.
