Description
The Tecna line is the new professional line by Sanelli Ambrogio which stands out from the others for its particular ergonomic handle.
Technical features- The external part of the handle, made of thermoplastic rubber, is softer and has micro-spheres on the surface which enhance its non-slip properties.
- The internal part, on the other hand, is made of non-deformable plastic material and is perfectly connected to the steel tang.
- The blade with satin finish is in chrome, molybdenum and vanadium steel X50CrMoV15.
- Final sharpening of each single piece with laser profile control.
- Precise and indelible laser marking, with product code and lot number.
- The materials used are suitable for washing in the dishwasher, resistant to low and high temperatures and meet the latest legal provisions on food hygiene.
