The high pan in tinned copper by Pentole Agnelli consists of two handles in nickel-free stainless steel and a body in tinned copper with a 2mm induction bottom and is ideal for braising, cooking in the oven, roasting, gratin, stewing, preparing sauces and creams, grounds and mix compounds.
