The 3mm alu-stainless pan by Pentole Agnelli is made up of two nikel-free stainless steel handles and an alu-stainless body and is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing and is used for cooking that does not require boiling, in particular for meat and vegetables.
The pan is made of alu-stainless steel trilaminate made up of two layers of steel and one of aluminium, the combination of which gives the cooking tools a better result:
