The alu-stainless pan for induction by Pentole Agnelli is made up of a single tubular handle in nickel-free stainless steel and an alu-stainless body and is ideal for stir-frying and stirring.
The pan is made of alu-stainless steel trilaminate made up of two layers of steel and one of aluminium, the combination of which gives the cooking tools a better result:
