Below you will find some advice for correct use to avoid corrosive phenomena.

• wash the blades immediately after use
• avoid rubbing blades and knives with abrasive products especially those containing chlorine and metal or synthetic scourers
• use neutral and slightly alkaline detergents
• DO NOT use hypochlorites (bleach), nor detergents containing chlorine or free chlorides for washing
• dry immediately after washing with soft, absorbent cloths
• Drying in the dishwasher is generally not sufficient to avoid the risk of corrosion, therefore it is necessary to carry out thorough drying by hand immediately after the washing cycle.
