Iron pan for browning and frying, one steel handle, diam. 20cm

The Iron Pan from the new Ferro line by Pentole Agnelli is made up of a nitrided iron body , designed for browning and frying at high temperatures , with a stainless steel handle , coated in PVD.

The interior finish of the pan is hammered and there are micro-incisions on the bottom that create friction and reduce the risk of it slipping on the hob.

The surface treatment and the mass of the material make it suitable for dry cooking , without the use of liquids, guaranteeing stability and high performance in quick preparations.

Technical features

• Total thickness : 2mm;
• Heat conductivity : 60 W/m°K;
• Suitable for : gas, induction, oven and barbecue (taking care not to expose/in contact with flames or burning coals);
• Not suitable for dishwasher use .

Preparation and Use

Before first use :

• Wash thoroughly;
• Dry completely;
• Lightly grease the inside surface with cooking oil.

Oiling is recommended before each use, especially after washing .

The limitations of use are permanently engraved on the bottom of the instrument to ensure clear, correct information and informed use.

The pan is not suitable for:

• Cooking with acidic foods (tomatoes, vinegar, wine and citrus fruits);
• Marinades and brines;
• Braisings, stews and sauces;
• Cooking with the presence of liquids;
• Food preservation.

The pan is intended for professional and advanced domestic use, aware of the indicated limitations of use.
