The application of the double bottom in magnetic steel to the body of the product takes place through the entry of metal points into the body of the pot which makes it impossible to detach it with consequent uniformity of heat from the bottom to the walls. The result of continuous technological research, our patented system with a larger contact surface differs from the common perforated bottoms on the market by ensuring up to 30% higher performance in terms of heat conduction and speed.

The handles and knobs are made of cast brass and make the line suitable for use in the oven. The heads of the stainless steel rivets are unalterable and antioxidant. The Academy Class line is suitable for those suffering from heavy metal intolerances.
