Immersion thermocirculator for vacuum cooking at low temperatures. The Sous Vide Cooker is a device that heats and circulates water to cook/reheat food contained in zip or vacuum sealed plastic bags.

Sous-vide cooking is a slow cooking method, this ensures that the food is cooked evenly while retaining its natural moisture. The sous-vide method prevents overcooking of the outer surface of the food and produces particularly fresh and tasty food.
