The DigiQ® DX3 Controller Set BBQ Guru solves two of the most common problems in managing grills and barbecues: it automatically regulates the temperature inside the barbecue and controls the temperature of the food to be cooked, all in real time and fully automated. Using the DigiQ® DX3 digital controller is extremely simple: just connect the Pit Viper fan to the Monolith and set the required temperatures on the control unit. The digital control unit therefore allows automation and a precise cooking process, constantly measuring if there are variations in temperature inside the cooking chamber and consequently adjusting them by regulating the air inlet. Ideal for long night jobs, large quantities of meat and barbecue competitions.
