Monolith BBQ Guru barbecues combine the advantages of a classic barbecue with those of a stone oven. Thanks to their structure and the materials they are made of, Monolith barbecues allow you to carry out different types of cooking:

Technology applied to tradition

The Monolith BBQ Guru Edition LeChef model was developed in collaboration with the American Partner BBQ Guru, manufacturer of digital controls for grills and barbecues.

Thanks to the already integrated fan, the temperature inside the grill can also be controlled automatically and electronically and kept constant. The cooking chamber temperature is controlled by a sensor which passes the data to the digital controller, which in turn controls the integrated fan which regulates the amount of air to be introduced to keep the embers more or less alive. The controller also senses when the lid is open and regulates the air supply. Finally, it is also used to control, using special sensors, the cooking temperature of the food. The grille is available only in black, with frame and side shelves or without frame and shelves but equipped with stabilizing ceramic feet.
