The Le Marquier Exclusive 375 Duo Gas Plancha is designed for serious cooks: spacious, powerful and built to last. With a 75x40 cm enamelled cast iron plate and three double-walled stainless steel burners with a total of 6.9 kW, it offers evenly distributed heat, perfect for precise and intense cooking on multiple zones at the same time.
The Flame-On system ensures a stable flame even in windy conditions, while the safety thermocouple automatically cuts off the gas if the flame goes out, offering total protection during use. Ignition is quick and reliable thanks to the piezoelectric system , powered by an external rechargeable battery: no matches, no worries.
The frame, in electro-galvanized steel and matt 304 stainless steel, is designed to withstand atmospheric agents and is also perfect for coastal environments. Also included are the lid and the practical 1.2-liter grease collector , easy to remove and clean. The adjustable feet complete a solid, versatile structure ready for any surface.
