Description
The 3mm aluminum pan of Pentole Agnelli AlBlack line consists of two nickel-free stainless steel handles and an aluminum body and is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing and is used for cooking that does not require boiling, in particular for meat and vegetables.
The AlBlack pan in non-stick aluminum for induction is made of aluminium, a very common material in the production of cooking tools for several reasons:
- Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity it allows heat to be diffused and thanks to the thickness of 5 mm it allows a more precise and homogeneous diffusion of heat over the entire surface of the pan, saving time and energy.
- It is a versatile material in fact it adapts to different cooking techniques.
