THE NEW DRILLING

After extensive analyzes and tests, Gi.Metal engineers have designed and patented a new and exclusive hole pattern; a radically new design capable of providing high performance, optimized with respect to the existing holes. In fact, thanks to the particular positioning of the holes on oblique lines, the flour is discharged in two directions, guaranteeing an incomparable result.

RESISTANT AND ANTI-WEAR

The blade head is made with the particular SHA (Special Hard Anodizing) treatment: a hard oxide anodization that guarantees maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensuring extreme smoothness and maintaining the same lightness as the timeless Azzurra.

• New drilling: optimized flour discharge The head-handle joint is ensured by three large in-line rivets which guarantee safety and non-removability. The attention to detail is enhanced by the alignment of the chromatic finishes of the handle and rivets.

THE PALLET

The small peel of the Evoluzione line has the same perforation and the same air force blue color as the peel. Solid and light, the small peel is made entirely of stainless steel; the bottom of the handle and the intermediate sliding grip are in a special high-density polymer that is resistant to shocks and heat. Furthermore, the sliding element fits into the bottom of the handle so that the small peel stacked with the head downwards can immediately be gripped correctly.
