The Demeyere Black 5 Flat-Base Wok is heat-resistant thanks to its exterior coating that can withstand the extremely high temperatures of a grill flame (heat-resistant up to 752°F!) without corroding or staining, and it cleans quickly so you can bring the inside out for stovetop or oven preparation. Designed to hide carbon and residue, the DEMEYERE Black 5 will develop an elegant patina over time.

  Made from 5-ply stainless steel , it boasts optimal heat distribution, conduction, and heat distribution. The unique 5-ply body is designed with inner and outer layers of 18/10 stainless steel, a 3-ply aluminum core sandwiched between them, and a heat-resistant ceramic outer coating for added durability.

  The lightweight stainless steel handle is riveted to the body of the pan for maximum strength and easy handling.
