In 18/10 steel, comfortable and safe. Profile designed to maintain hygiene. Welding designed to make the handle less sensitive to heating.
Silvinox® external finish
Improves 18/10 stainless steel by removing ferrous parts and impurities from the surface giving the steel an extremely long lasting silver-white colour.
BOTTOM:
InductoBase®:
Base composed of 7 layers with a central conducting core of 5 mm thick aluminum which ensures uniform heat transfer through the base, to provide optimal cooking performance even at low temperatures.
TriplInduc®:
Superconductor applied to the InductoBase® base which increases efficiency up to 30% when using induction. TriplInduc® is a combination of 3 special alloys with specific magnetic properties.
