Description
THE BLADE is made of special nitrogen steel 
by Ambrogio Sanelli.
The addition of nitrogen allows to obtain a harder knife, like steel with higher carbon content, limiting the negative aspects such as oxidation, and allowing, with the correct processing, to obtain a more efficient cutting geometry .
THE HANDLE is in solid walnut and makassar ebony , handmade by Stefano Raffa , a craftsman known for his dexterity and quality of creations. The tone of the wood may vary slightly from product to product, as starting from a whole walnut board there are different veins inside it.
Everything, boxes included, 100% made in Italy .
THE MAINTENANCE
Cortello, as any good true cutlery manufacturer should specify, is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher; a damp cloth is enough to clean it, and it is advisable to dry it properly before storing it.
