A special emission plate above the heat source absorbs energy and heat and radiates the food evenly into the barbecue. The moisture does not evaporate and the food stays juicy. Technical characteristics of the Char-Broil Professional Core B 3 gas barbecue:
The Char-Broil Professional Core model is an ideal gas grill that combines versatility, performance and convenience. The Professional CORE with its high-quality design and all-black appearance attracts attention with a whole host of practical extras: When switched on, a red LED light illuminates the ergonomically shaped knobs which allow but also better gas flow control. In addition, two large doors hide the inside of the grill offering integrated support for a gas cylinder up to 11 kg, as well as additional space.
