Equipped with an NFC tag for a certificate of authenticity and available in red, the B114 manual flywheel salami slicer is ideal for intensive use and allows you to obtain thin and uniform slices without crumbling the product, for professional results even at your home. With this slicer with flowered flywheel and 319 mm diameter blade, you can slice hams and cured meats quickly and easily, customizing the thickness adjustment. Upon request, it can be supplied with a matching color cast iron pedestal.
