Berkel has created an indispensable tool for manual home sharpening of small and large knives.

For use and maintenance, we recommend manual washing in hot water in order to guarantee product integrity and durability. In any case, it is recommended to dry the knife after each wash. Do not use abrasive cloths or sponges.
