Short and handy knife. Ideal for removing skin, rind, bones and residual fat from meat on medium-sized pieces. Thanks to the pronounced heel, it protects the hand.

• Blade made of high quality chrome-molybdenum vanadium stainless steel 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15

• Handle composed of resin scales, glossy black, assembled with AISI 304 steel rivets without grooves to avoid the accumulation of residues
• Steel knot to ensure maximum adhesion between blade and handle and perfect balance of the knife during use

For use and maintenance, we recommend manual washing in hot water in order to guarantee product integrity and durability. In any case, it is recommended to dry the knife after each wash. Do not use abrasive cloths or sponges.
