One of the most traditional models in the Berkel line, the B116 flywheel slicer maintains all of its characteristics established over more than a century of history unchanged, combining them with safety principles and cutting-edge design techniques.
Suitable for even intensive professional use, it is still built in the traditional way, in painted aluminum with stainless steel details, equipped with a built-in sharpener and slice thickness adjustment using the traditional and precise mechanical movement.
The Volano B116 has a 37 cm diameter blade and is available in black and red. All versions can be supplied with a matching color cast iron pedestal.
