Material characteristics

The Ballarini 2800 series pans are characterized by an aluminum body and an internal and external coating called Kerastone Profi Granite .

This coating is made with dark colored mineral particles and has a particular "stone" effect, which makes it possible to cook as if using natural stone.

The quantity of seasoning to be used to prevent the food from sticking is therefore practically zero, not to mention that perfect browning can also be obtained from foods poor in water; therefore the advantage of the Profi Granite is the very high authenticity of its cooking results.

Scratch-resistant and unalterable over time, Ballarini 2800 series pans are practically indestructible.
