The base for the Alfa Forni One oven , designed for both the wood-burning and gas-burning versions, is ideal for placing your oven comfortably , even on the terrace.
For the One gas oven you can place the gas cylinder on the shelf, while for the wood-burning version, use the shelf to store the wood, so as to reduce the space occupied on your terrace. The front panel can be positioned both behind as a log holder and in front to cover the gas cylinder. This ONE base has the following technical characteristics:
